I started as an admin with Faces where I review client's pharmacy and finance applications. I always make sure that the documents they uploaded are valid. Verifying that the insurance document has their name, it has a policy number and the expiration date is valid. Matching the photo ID to their insurance and training certificates prior to approving the application. I also make sure that all the documents and client’s signature is present on their finance application.

Few months later, the management decided to change my role as a customer service representative where my expertise is more needed as the company grows.

Working with the Faces team was fun and exciting. We have to be flexible and always ready to learn new assigned tasks and schedules. I was also assigned as a social media manager where I was responsible for responding to comments, authorizing tags and social media posts, responding to private messages for facebook and instagram via meta and lead generation, checking the profile and following potential clients.

I was promoted as part of the operations where I facilitate training and conduct final interviews, takeover escalated calls, sending EOD reports and corporate emails, and answering inquiries of more than 300 agents. I am proficient in doing admin task using admin tools, email, CRM, Microsoft tools such as word, excel, and etc.

Panasiatic Solutions was my stepping stone where my communication and active listening skills were enhanced. This was the first time I spoke to people of different races and accents. Working with this company was very challenging.

I was a technical support who assisted customers how to redeem their minutes, provide basic phone troubleshooting steps and helped out with mobile activation/reactivation using the CRM tool.

Computer Programming | Technological Foundation Institute

March 2013 - May 2015

In this institute, I learned how amazing technology is. I have learned several programming languages and I was amazed how beautiful and useful the programs can be. This is where I learned how to do graphic and web design, photo and video editing and the challenging part was creating mini games. My professors and classmates were surprised how I managed to create a program alone and how I presented it during our research defense without a script.

I have graduated as a salutatorian and I will always be proud of being a consistent honor student since grade school. Furthermore, I managed to start my first job before the school year ended. At a young age, I always demonstrate hard work and perseverance.
